Morgan's Easy Kitchen Makeover

Recently, I introduced you to my lovely little sis, Morgan, and promised some photos of the recent kitchen makeover of her Indianapolis home.  And here they are!
Winter can be such a dark and dreary time, and sometimes all it takes to brighten up an entire room is a few cans of paint and some design inspiration.  To give her kitchen this fresh, modern facelift, Morgan simply painted the wood grain cabinets, drawers and cupboards white, and brightened the walls with a slightly lighter and warmer tone, eco-friendly paint.  The addition of the black bar chairs offset the new, lighter colors and tied in the darker appliances.
And voila!  In just two days and less than $200, she had a beautifully sunny new space for cooking, eating, and entertaining.

Do you have any easy DIY home project that can add some brightness to the winter months?  If so, send it our way!
