Yes, it seems to be turning into "Pet Week" here at Bubby and Bean. Admittedly, after the sad news I received on Friday regarding my Bubby, I haven't had much else on my mind. These past few days have been profoundly bittersweet; I feel grateful for every blissful moment I'm getting to spend with him, while knowing in the back of my mind that each of these moments is one step closer to saying goodbye.

I feel strongly that dogs, and pets in general, are some of life's greatest gifts. Pets are teachers, superheroes, comedians, gurus, keepers of secrets, muses, and unconditionally loving companions.

Awwww, I love these!! So sweet and yes very inspiring!! I agree that animals and pets are the greatest gifts. Thank you for sharing everything you have going on with your Bubby and I think its wonderful that you're paying to tribute to him this week!!!!

I love all of these. The SARK poster is so true and so sweet. I've seen it before and she has one for kitties too. I hope you're enjoying your time with Bubby, please keep your readers posted on him.
ReplyDeleteYou make me want a dog so badly... I can't have one for another six months at the very least, and of course your posts have reminded me that there is a sad side to being a dog owner, but oh how I want a furry friend.
