first watch. then dance.

My beautiful mama-in-law Sally sent this video to me last night, and I just had to share it with you guys.  The person behind it, Matt Harding, traveled to different nations throughout the word, and, well, danced.  To me, it's a pretty awesome example of how we, as humans, can transcend things like politics, religion, and cultural differences to find a common bond through music, dancing, and movement.  It's a very simple video, but incredibly powerful.  It might even restore your faith in humanity, at least for a few minutes. :)

  7. Love this so much! I only saw the video of him where he repeats one move all over the world. Also, reminds me of Davey's dance blog. Ever heard of that one? http://daveydanceblog.com/

  9. Such an awesome video! And there was even a shot of Baltimore in there at the park right around the corner from my house! :) I had just done a similar blog post a few days ago about one of the new songs from the latest album by Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros. The video uses the same concept-- it's pretty fantastic and so uplifting! In case you feel like watching it on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08WeoqWilRQ
