For the majority of my life I despised cooking, and while I'm admittedly still not that great at it, I'm slowly beginning to enjoy it more and more. I even have a recipe I'm sharing here later this week and two I'll be posting next week. Yep. I also have file going of saved recipes I've found online (all veg) that I want to try but haven't yet, including the ones you see above. I'll let you know if they're as good as they look, and/or if you make one of them, maybe you can come back and let me know?

  3. Oh my goodness, so much deliciousness in this post! I'm immediately bookmarking the beetroot and feta fritters, since I'm headed to Greece next week - and I'm sure real Greek feta is even more delicious than what we get in North America!
