When I was a kid, I thought english muffin pizzas were the bee's knees. Then I decided to try to make them as an adult several years ago, but with a Halloween twist. Success! I've shared these with you guys a few times over the years, but every year I seem to come up with some small improvements and want to share them again. My kids absolutely love decorating and eating this, and they're ready in minutes.

Halloween English Muffin Pizzas
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
6 english muffins, halved
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 slice provolone
1 cup pizza sauce
black olives
green olives
green pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Placed halved english muffins cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread pizza
sauce on each. Top five of the english muffins with cheese shreds. On the remaining muffin, top with strips of the
cheese slice, to look like a mummy. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Create jack-o-lanterns, spiders,
mummies, and monsters with the olives and peppers!
These make a great after school snack or fun weekend lunch. Happy (early) Halloween!
